1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8ffb ("8ffb", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the 8ffb website at https://8ffb.org ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Site after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

8ffb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that affect existing player rights will be communicated via a notice displayed on the Site for a minimum of 14 days prior to taking effect.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation or summary of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 8ffb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you expressly confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Registering on behalf of a minor, or facilitating a minor's access to the Site in any way, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension.

2.1 Age Verification

8ffb reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify a player's age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at first deposit, and prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. 2.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

We will act promptly to investigate and, where confirmed, permanently close the account and return any balance to the registered payment method. 3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features available on 8ffb — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

3.1 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile operator. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on 8ffb at any given time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 8ffb identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any bonuses, winnings, or balances accrued in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual. 8ffb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8ffb support immediately via on-site live chat so that your account can be secured. 8ffb may temporarily lock your account during an investigation at its sole discretion.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8ffb applies Know Your Customer verification procedures in line with responsible platform management practices. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation at any stage. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address registered to your account. Accounts with outstanding verification requests may have withdrawals held until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 8ffb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 8ffb does not apply currency conversion fees at any point. 4.1 Deposits

In rare cases of network congestion, a deposit may take up to 15 minutes to appear; if it does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals to verified accounts via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. 8ffb charges no platform-side fee on any withdrawal transaction. Players must ensure that the mobile wallet or bank account details provided for withdrawal match the registered payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices. Where the original payment method is no longer available, you must contact support to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal route.

4.4 Transaction Limits

8ffb reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment. Current limits applicable to your account are displayed in the cashier section after login. Limits may be adjusted at 8ffb's discretion without prior notice where required for platform security purposes.

4.5 Declined or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit is charged to your payment provider but not credited to your 8ffb account, contact our support team immediately with the transaction ID. 8ffb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network downtime, or banking infrastructure issues outside our control. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has already been credited to your account and used for gaming purposes will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8ffb offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific offers tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and ICC events). 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 8ffb are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

A bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims. 8ffb reserves the right to verify that bonus claims are genuine and to withhold or reverse bonus funds where duplicate or fraudulent claims are detected. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of each bonus in your account dashboard.

5.4 Misuse of Promotions

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any 8ffb promotion — including but not limited to bonus-baiting strategies, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional terms — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses held by the relevant accounts and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 8ffb are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

8ffb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, where technical errors in odds have occurred, or where 8ffb has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a coordinated pattern of market manipulation. A bet is only accepted once you have received a confirmation notification in your account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market and game before you place a bet. These limits may vary by sport, market type, game, and account status. 8ffb reserves the right to amend stake limits on individual accounts or across the platform without prior notice for risk management purposes.

6.3 Error Correction

In the event that 8ffb makes an error in the display of odds, game payouts, or settlement of a market — including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed errors, or system errors — 8ffb reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the affected bets at the correct odds or outcome. Where a player has been credited with winnings resulting from an obvious error, those winnings may be reclaimed from the player's balance.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series: all in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted, subject to network latency. Matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances before the minimum number of overs required for an official result are void, and stakes are returned. Specific settlement rules for rain-affected matches follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.

6.5 Casino & Slot Game Rules

Casino and slot game rules — including RTP percentages, maximum win caps, and bonus feature terms — are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi). 7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 8ffb you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information in real-time during live dealer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 8ffb platform.
• Allowing any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

7.2 Responsible Use

You are expected to use 8ffb responsibly and within your personal financial means. 8ffb provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to support responsible play. 7.3 Communications Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8ffb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8ffb determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that a breach of these Terms has occurred or that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming outcomes.

8.1 Suspension Procedure

When an account is suspended, the player will be notified via the registered email address within a reasonable period. During a suspension, login access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are all restricted. 8ffb will conduct an internal review and communicate the outcome within 14 business days of the suspension date. During the review period, any funds in the account balance are held securely.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 8ffb

Accounts permanently closed by 8ffb due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, identity misrepresentation, multiple accounts, or money laundering — will have their balances forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a permanent closure is not the result of player misconduct (for example, closure at the player's own request), the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 8ffb account at any time by contacting our support team via on-site live chat. Before the account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed or the associated bonus funds forfeited. The verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure request being processed.

8.4 Self-Exclusion
